Ownership
Final deliverables belong to you. We retain rights to project portfolio showcase and methodological insights.
Responsibility
We are accountable for our craft. You are accountable for providing timely feedback and accurate project requirements.
Scope
Clear scope is essential. Changes outside agreed parameters may impact timeline and investment.
Our Service Commitment
Brandely Studio provides game-focused UI/UX design and visual development services. Our work is iterative, informed by player feedback and technical constraints. We do not promise guaranteed outcomes or market success; we promise expert execution and transparent process.
Engagement begins with a discovery call to align on goals, scope, and timeline. All projects require a signed Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW outlines deliverables, milestones, payment schedule, and revision limits. This document, combined with these terms, forms our binding agreement.

What We Need From You

Timely Feedback
We ask for feedback within 5 business days of a milestone submission. Delays impact the project timeline.

You are responsible for providing brand assets, style guides, and any game art required for integration.

Financial & Operational Terms
Payment Schedule
- 50% Upfront To begin work
- 25% at Milestone Mid-point review
- 25% on Delivery Final files sent
Revisions
Includes two (2) rounds of revisions per milestone. Further changes require a change order, billed at our standard hourly rate.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Client pays for work completed to date. We transfer all project files upon final payment.
Important: No Guarantee
We design for player clarity and aesthetic cohesion. We do not guarantee downloads, sales, or user retention. Success depends on the full game ecosystem.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you receive exclusive ownership of all custom visual assets, UI components, and final designs created for your project.
We retain the right to use project artifacts (e.g., screenshots, mockups) in our public portfolio and marketing materials. We will never share proprietary source files or confidential business information before or after publication.

You Own
Final deliverables for your project. Game-ready assets, source files (if agreed), and all associated copyrights.
We Share

Your confidential information. We are bound by NDA for projects requiring it, ensuring your game's strategy remains private.
